关于疫情防控期留学生管理的告知书
全体留学生：
Dear students:
鉴于当前疫情防控正处于关键时期，按照国家和学校的统一部署要求，始终把师生生命安全和身心健康置于首位，校园疫情防控成为当前最重要的工作，学校已通知全体留学生，本学期开学时间延后。为防止疫情传播，减少人员流动，阻断病毒传播途径是有效的措施；因此，为了大家的健康和安全，向各位留学生提出以下要求和建议:
The COVID-19 epidemic has been spreading rapidly outside China. The number of people infected has been rising sharply, and the risk of cross-border transmission is higher than ever. To forestall imported cased of infection and consolidate what we have achieved so far in prevention and control. ZIME has informed all the international students about postponement of school reopen. In order to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 epidemic and slow down the mobility of personnel so as to block up the COVID-19 transmission, we would like to present some requests and suggestions:
已经离校的学生（包含回国）返校时间等待通知，未经学校批准不得提前返校；
Students who have left school (including returning home) shall be informed of the time of returning to school, and shall not return to school in advance without the approval of the school;
与班主任、辅导员保持联系，及时报告自己的状况；
Keep in touch with the head teacher and counselor, and report their own situation in time;
在校内住宿学生，减少外出，避免聚集性活动。食堂就餐时，遵守就餐安排，分散用餐或打包带回；
Students in the school, reduce going out and avoid gathering activities. When dining in the canteen, the dining arrangement shall be followed, and the dining shall be scattered or packed back;
在中国境外的留学生，遵守所在国的有关规定，注意自我保护；
For students who are currently outside PRC, please comply with coronavirus-related prevention requirements and regulations of the host country and enhance the consciousness of self-protection；
疫情防控期，关于留学生签证问题，以下可供参考：
中国境内留学生：签证到期时间（非疫情期间过期的除外）自动顺延2个月，即2个月内不算逾期。如已买好机票，准备离境，可以不用办理延期，经学校同意之后，凭护照直接登机出境；
Chinese Government has said that all foreigners will have their stay or residence permits automatically extended for 2 months if they still stay in China. No application or extension procedure is required, allowing our international students to legally stay in China or leave China with the permission of ZIME during the extended period;
中国境外留学生：如签证过期，无法顺延，须到向当地中国使领馆重新申请L签证来华。具体申请流程和材料需参照当地中国使领馆政策执行,如需我院提供L签证申办材料，请及时与我院联系，联系电话：0571-87772677。
Those students who are already outside of China, meanwhile their visas are expired; need to apply in China’s Embassy or Consulate for a visa L with the request of China’s Embassy or Consulate in your own country.
