Recently, a delegation of 8 from South Africa's Local Government Sector Education Training Authority (LGSETA) andlnsuranceSETA (INSETA), including NelsonMailaMokgothoandMorufaHazelMadibana, visited Zhejiang Polytechnic University of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (ZUME). They were received by ZUME President HeXingyue, Vice President DaiGuanglin, and officials from the School of International Education.

The delegation visited ZUME's training bases, including the Industrial Robot Welding Technology Application Center and the Rail Transit Smart Operation and Maintenance Training Base, where they witnessed advanced technology and efficient training. They were impressed by the 3D printing technology and its applications at the 3D Printing Application Technology Demonstration Base.

The delegation praised ZUME's digital construction, manufacturing achievements, and teaching facilities, expressing optimism about future cooperation prospects. This visit strengthened the friendship between ZUME and South African institutions, boostingChina-South African vocational education cooperation.
