In order to enhance the safety education of international students staying on campus during the winter vacation and to strengthen their awareness of safety precautions, on the afternoon of January 24th, the School of International Education, in collaboration with the university's Security Office, conducted a fire emergency drill, in which all international students participated.

Staff from the Security Office thoroughly analyzed the various causes of fires and imparted common knowledge on preventing fires in daily life and work. They also instructed the students on how to use fire exits for evacuation and emphasized key points for self-protection in the event of a fire.

On the other hand, by citing typical examples of safety accidents, they elaborated on basic knowledge of safe production, methods of extinguishing fires, escape techniques, and the use of fire-fighting equipment.

The international students present were highly enthusiastic. Under the guidance of the staff, they each picked up fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment to practice using them in actual operations.

This activity enhanced the international students' awareness of fire safety, enabled them to master the use of fire-fighting equipment, and further improved their ability to deal with sudden fire accidents. It constantly reinforced their consciousness of life safety, kept the alarm bells ringing, and collectively maintained the safety and stability of the campus.
