Recently, the 8-month "Looking for the Top 100 Student Associations in National Universities" organized by China Youth Daily has come to an end. The "Campus Olive Green" society of our institution overcame all the difficulties in the way and finally won the title of "National Outstanding Student Association of Colleges and Universities". The college became one of the 10 "Best Organized Universities" selected from Zhejiang Higher Vocational College.

It is reported that this selection is the second "Looking for the Top 100 Student Associations in National Universities" organized by China Youth Daily. Since January 2019, there have been more than 500 colleges and universities and more than 2,000 associations participating across the country. After campus selection, community display, online voting, technical screening ,and expert review, etc., 100 student associations and 10 "best organization universities" were selected.

The "Campus Olive Green" community from the ZIME was established under the background of semi-military management of the Chang'an campus. The purpose of this community is to create a "red education" and meanwhile maintain the safety of the campus. Its members are mainly composed of retired soldiers. The "Campus Olive Green" community always upholds the spirit of "responsibility, obedience, execution, discipline, solidarity, loyalty, dedication, hardship, honesty, and learning", and actively carries out various activities such as the popularization of national defense knowledge and the spread of "red culture". At the same time, it undertakes tasks such as National flag defense, campus security, and making positive contributions to school development education and patriotism education.In recent years, the student associations of our institution have focused on "life-oriented" selective education, and formed the "eight community groups" around the "five quality education systems", and the development of the communities has shown a trend of clustering, standardization, and quality. The emergence of the associations with greater influence, such as "National Top 100 Societies" Hurricane Literature Society, Yihe Opera House featuring annual dramas such as "Qu Yuan" and "Take the Tiger Mountain Out of Wisdom", "Provincial Model Student Associations for Learning Socialist Theory System with Chinese Characteristics" China Special Association, Machinery Innovation Association and other groups, in and outside the province have established a three-level boutique community network, which are national-level, provincial-level and school-level, forming a community culture with unique ZIME characteristics.

The Youth League Committee took the opportunity of the "Looking for the Top 100 Student Associations in National Universities" as an opportunity to actively organize the application and display of various outstanding associations of our college, and displayed the style of our student associations and students at the national level.
