Professional features:Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation known as Sino-Australia cooperative run program is competency-guided, English language highlighted, and performance-based. The program is proposed to train skilled technicians who are able to communicate in English, work in variety positions, operate manufacturing facilities, perform production management and apply social abilities in workplaces to cater local joint venture companies. The program provides internationalized curriculum,andtherefore recruit overseas students who are expected to serve the countries along “the Belt and Road” after their graduation. The Australian partner of the program is South Metropolitan TAFE Institute, which is one of Western Australia’s most diverse registered training providers delivering diverse training solutions, including direct delivery of education and training, training partnerships and collaborations (domestically and internationally) and consultancy. The institute is aligned to industry needs and works closely with more than 400 community and corporate partners and clients to build a skilled and productive workforce. In 2016, the institute has been authorized by Institution of Engineers Australia to provide training of MEM60112 (Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology).
